This role forms part of the Treasury operations, whose purpose is to manage the financing requirements, cashflows and financial risks to enable the ongoing success of Aurora.  This position will report to the Company Treasurer andis responsible for cashflow forecasting and working capital management improvements in Aurora.  This function will oversee Treasury processes, including liaison with Finance Managers, to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of Aurora's cash flow. 

Essential attributes required for this role are:

• 5-8 years accounting/finance/business analysis role in a multi divisional organization
• Commercial acumen to understand the dynamics of a complex evolving industry
• Understanding of cash management and cashflow forecasting in a commercial context
• Strong analytical skills with Intermediate/Advanced spreadsheet modelling capability
• Strong ability to adapt to changing requirements with an ability to interpret and clarify tasks to encompass the needs of all stakeholders 
• Ability to work on a range of differing tasks requiring prioritisation within tight deadlines whilst consistently providing a high standard of output
• Excellent highly-developed communication and interpersonal skills:
• to enable liaison at all levels and allow outcomes to be achieved with Divisions where no formal authority exists
• to thrive in a challenging environment with a keen ability to take individual responsibility for effective communication including active listening and negotiation
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset

You will have tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or accounting or equivalent level of experience. Your high attention to detail and interpersonal skills will ensure success in this role.  You will have strong computer skills and advanced time management ability.
